2 Role Overview 

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be part of a structured training program designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, engineering principles, and project execution lifecycle. You will work on real-world projects, assist senior engineers and gain valuable experience in your respective discipline.

• Project Assistance: Assist senior  engineers in the planning and  design
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, reports, project schedules and other technical documents.
• Technical Analysis: Conduct basic technical calculations, data analysis and feasibility studies under supervision.
• Quality & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures on-site and in the office.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

3 Required Skills & Qualification

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Electrical Engineering
2. Academic Performance: Strong academic record is preferred.
3. Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of electrical design software, power systems, control systems and knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
4. Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a keenness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as and when required.
